smzdm网站上看过好多的攻略,现在一般买东西都要先上来搜一下,要么科普,妖魔解毒。自2014年起开始海淘,大多是比较满意的,常规经验没什么好分享的,在此讲一下2次失败的海淘经历,为今后大家可能会遇到的情况提供一个参考。 (一) 支付宝海外直邮 ——梅西百货 14年黑五尝试了一把支付宝海外直邮,选择了梅西百货,购买了2条腰带。当时购买时未在梅西百货注册,是直接使用支付宝付款的,这点很重要,后面有提到。 ![]() 兰后就是漫长的等待,支付宝网站可查询物流,15年1月中旬忽然接到电话说快递到了,是Macy的盒子,怀着激动的心情打开, ![]() ![]() 万万没想到啊,你猜这货是什么,,,,yankee candle! ![]() 来自美国的正品,如假包换的yankee candle! 这是正主的清单,注意是3样商品,还有幅画! ![]() 然后就开始投诉,梅西百货网站当时没注册啊,只找到一个邮箱,Macy's - Privacy Master 第一封邮件回复:Thanks for your email. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I understand that you received an incorrect order instead of your order with the order number X1076379334. Please contact Alipay for the resolution regarding your issue. Maribel Strawberry Terceno macys.com Customer Service 看到加黑的那一行了么,意思就是说让我联系支付宝来解决问题。。。 但一般来说买东西还是要和商家联系售后,支付宝只是个支付途径。我想让他们再寄一份过来,于是我再次联系梅西百货: I'm sorry you received incorrect items for your order. (已通知borderfree退货事宜,这里也是坑,因为错寄的物品是可燃固体,海关禁止往国外寄,DHL不接单,然后这条线就断了,没下文了。就是不知道是怎么寄过来的) Please be advised that your refund will be processed by Alipay because you paid through the Alipay payment system. 你可以找支付宝要退款。 然后打电话:支付宝客服 95188 ,第一次客服先是说这个情况不归我们管啊,你找菜鸟物流吧,问她要了个电话,菜鸟物流说这个情况不是物流的原因啊,是网站发错货了,请你再联系支付宝吧,一个皮球踢来踢去的。 然后继续给予支付宝打电话,我不再相信接通后的第一个客服了,我跟她讲给我接海外直邮的业务专员,说给我联系梅西百货,同时让我自己也联系,我说我没有在梅西百货注册,全权委托支付宝给联系好了。至此已经过去1个月了,到了快过年了支付宝打电话说那边还是没消息啊,您再等等,等等。 又过了一个多月,来电要我退回错寄的货物,我说蜡烛海关寄不了,客服说不是还有幅画么,但我没有收到画。由于等待了好几个月了,我要求支付宝先给我退款,然后支付宝和梅西百货双方来处理这件事,但遭到了拒绝,客服说没有权限。 又过了好几个月,大约是15年的6、7月份了,突然收到短信有款入项,至此作为终结。总结:支付宝的工作人员业务水平参差不齐,说法不一,千万不要完全相信某一次一个客服的答复,可以找他们的上级。通常操作是寄回后退款,这次由于是蜡烛不能寄回。 (二)gilt 直邮wmf高压锅 15年的黑五,通过张大妈看到了gilt wmf高压锅有30%折扣,以前注册过,在垃圾邮件中找到了gilt的折扣码,于是下单, 于是开始等待,从美国-香港-大陆。期间搜了下说gilt都是原箱发货,于是乎只好祈祷了,心想不锈钢的锅应该问题不大。直邮速度还可以,半个月后的一天早上接到ems电话,说我的锅到了,破损件,先生您还是自己过来看一下吧。当天下着大雪,我徒步2k米到了EMS,看到了gilt的锅,为什么不说是我的,因为看到的那一刻起,我的心哇凉哇凉的了。 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 拒收,直接拒收! 回家后给gilt发邮件,内容不表,看回复: 第一封:I’m so sorry to hear that your items arrived damaged. We would really appreciate it if you could please forward us on some pictures of the item highlighting this, so we can get this sorted out for you! 然后我就给他们发了几张图片 第二封:Since you have refused the delivery of this package it will on route getting returned to us. We will be able to provide you with a refund as soon as the return is received by our logistics partner. Meanwhile, we will be able to reissue the 30% off when the return tracking starts to update.还是只要收到退货,就给我退款,这里还是个坑。我就问他们客服如果货物丢失了怎么办,能不能when the return tracking starts 就给我退款呢,客服又说没有权限。对于一个破损的箱子,能不能寄回去,我深表怀疑的!还是EMS,呵呵。果然, ![]() 到了bj就不动了,打ems电话,人家说你不是寄件人,不能查询。这个规定真好! ![]() 然后我就发邮件给gilt,问他们能不能查询下邮件as a sender ,如果货物丢失了怎么办,能不能先给退款,回复的都是这句:We will be able to provide you with a refund as soon as the return is received by our logistics partner. 最后我说你们除了等待就不能做点别的么,于是 Ellen Ren, Dec 31, 05:52: I have processed a full refund of $151.28 to your Visa ending with xxxx, you should receive this refund within the next 3-5 business days. 这次期间人民币贬值了,所以同样是151刀,我。。。 好吧, happy new year ! 到现在货物还在北京机场呢 ,也不知道怎么样了。 总结二: gilt 直邮很暴力,要慎重,易碎物品还是算了吧,虽然说便宜,不够折腾的。 (责任编辑:admin) |
